On September 19, 2008, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the “FREP Bridge” in Getou Village, Guobao Town, Dehua County, Quanzhou City, built with money donated by FREP was held. FREP President Lu Dong and Labor Union Chairman Han Baolin attended the ceremony.
