Construction Kicked Off for “FREP Bridge” Donated by FREP to Needy Village

On the morning of September 19, 2008, Getou Village of Guobao Township, Dehua County, Quanzhou observed a grand ground breaking ceremony for “FREP Bridge” donated by Fujian Refining & Petrochemical Company Limited. Mr. Lu Dong, chairman of board and President of this company, Mr. Han Baolin, the chairman of trade union; and Mr. Li Xiaoming, member of standing committee of CPC Dehua county committee, and Wen Wenying, deputy county magistrate attended the ceremony.
Ever since Fujian Refining & Petrochemical Company Limited was put into operation on June 12, 2007, it has draw extensive attention from all walks of society. While the company is in pursuit of economic growth, it has proactively participated in social welfare and charity undertakings, and has been performing the social responsibilities of the company, and created favorable corporate image in the society. The company donated RMB 370,000 Yuan to build the “FREP Bridge” at Getou Village. And that was just another share of care and love we donated to the charity, and was one of our measures to return to the society.
