Tan, Stephen P. Hart as directors of JV, and Madam Lynne M Lachenmyer as supervisor of JV; Saudi Aramco Sino Company Limited assigned Mr. Khalid H. Al-Dabbagh and Jamal A. Al-Rammah as directors of JV.
