On March 31, 2007, the company held the 1st meeting of the 1st term of BOD, which appointed Mr. Lu Dong as the Chairman of board of JV, P.C. Tan as the Vice Chairman of the board; Mr. Lu Dong was appointed as the President of JV, Mr. Scott J. Sullivan and Abdullah H. Al Sebail as the vice presidents of JV. Mr. Wu Wenxin was appointed as the Project General Manager.
