On April 2, 2008, the 4th meeting of the 1st Board of Directors of FREP was held in Shanghai, China. The meeting was chaired by Chairman of Board Mr. Lu Dong and attended by directors and supervisors, Office of President, representatives of the project teams and relevant personnel from the shareholders.
