On the morning of September 10th, 2010, a delegation led by Mr. Zheng Songyan, Assistant Governor of Fujian Provincial People's Government inspected FREP and held special session. 

   Leaders respectively from relevant departments in Fujian Province, Quanzhou and Quangang were present at the meeting in the company of FREP leaders from Process Dept. and Finance Dept.
