On September 14, 2011, on behalf of the Company’s Party Committee, Han Baolin, the Deputy Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee and the Chairman of the Labor Union, conferred the plaque to the Party Branch of Instrument BT of Mechanical Department who was granted two honorary titles of "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of Central Enterprise” and "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation".

The honorary title of “Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of Central Enterprise” granted to Party Branch of Instrument BT was one of the five Advanced Grassroots Party Organizations conferred to China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation. On June 22, 2011, the China Petrochemical News covered a report titled Building Strong Grassroots Party Organization of Joint Venture on the front page, reporting great deeds of Party Branch of Instrument BT.
