At 14:00PM, October 26th, 2010, “I declare that FREP Special Equipment Level-1 Emergency Drill starts now!” instructed by Mr. Lu Dong, FREP Chairman and President as well as the Chief Commander of Emergency Command Center, which marked the official kicking-off of FREP Special Equipment Level-1 Emergency Drill.

 

The drill involved more than 200 people from different units including PROC Offsites-1 BT, HSE FF Division, Maintenance Contractors, Fujian Special Equipment Inspection Institute, FREP Emergency Headquarters and various functions. Mr. Liu Shaowen, Deputy Director of Fujian Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Mr. Chen Ning, Deputy Director-General of Fujian Provincial Department of Environmental Protection, Mr. Ruan Jianlin, Deputy Chief of Staff of Fire Brigade, Mr. Lu Dong, FREP Chairman & President, Mr. Zhao Liping, Operation GM and persons in charge of relevant departments commanded and observed the drill.
