On March 27, 2008, FREP held the ceremony of 'Haixi Spring Rain Campaign' at Mongolia Primary School, Yanshan, Quangang District. Leaders including President Lu Dong, Vice President Scott J. Sullivan, Chairman of Trade Union Han Baolin and Quangang District Party Committee Secretary You Zuyong attended the donation ceremony.

FREP donated 200,000 yuan for orphanage aid, educational donation and poverty relief in support of the social public undertakings of poverty-stricken areas in Quangang District.
