“2009 Outstanding Figures in Economic Development of the West Coast of the Taiwan Straits” was unveiled on the evening of February 5th, 2010 in Fuzhou. FREP Chairman and President Mr. Lu Dong was honored with “2009 Outstanding Figures in Economic Development of the West Coast of the Taiwan Straits”. Ms. Wang Meixiang, Deputy Director of Standing Committee of Fujian Provincial People’s Congress， Mr. Li Zuke, Vice President of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Fujian Province, and other provincial leaders attended the ceremony and presented the awards to winners. 
 “2009 Outstanding Figures & the Most Influential Brands in Economic Development of the West Coast of the Taiwan Straits” campaign was cosponsored by Fujian Broadcasting movie & TV Group and Fujian Federation of Enterprise & Entrepreneur. By adhering to the selection criteria of “Influence, Credibility, Originality and Contribution” and covering business leaders, corporate elites as well as famous specialists and scholars, it has been a well-known brand in Fujian economic cycles, receiving positive attention from all social cycles. Through the recommendation by authorities, expert review and internet voting, 10 persons were finally selected as 2009 Outstanding Figures in Economic Development of the West Coast of the Taiwan Straits.
