On December 2nd, 2010, the as-built acceptance meeting for safety facilities of Fujian Refining & Ethylene Project was held in Furui Hotel. Mr. Lu Dong, FREP Chairman and President, Mr. Qiu Songqiao, Deputy Director General of Fujian Administration of Safety Production Supervision were present at the meeting, with the attendance of the relevant personnel respectively from SINOPEC safety & environmental protection department, engineering department and Fujian Key Project Office, members from acceptance leading group, expert group and assessment unit, as well as the leaders from EPC units, supervision units, all FREP departments and IPMT departments. Mr. Li Shizeng, group leader of acceptance expert group and professor-level senior engineer of PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company presided over the meeting.

 

It is learnt that, through reference to documents and in-depth field investigation, as well as through communication with construction, design and assessment units, expert group members and review personnel in charge of as-built acceptance for safety facilities of Fujian Refining & Ethylene Project reached a consensus and formed the final expert group comments and review comments during the period from December 2nd through to December 4th.
