6th Meeting of FREP Board of Directors Held

On March 29, 2009, the 6th meeting of FREP’s first board of directors was held in Xiamen. The meeting was chaired by Chairman Lu Dong and attended by all the eight directors, with the participation of supervisor Han Baolin, Vice President
Scott J. Sullivan and Abdullah H. Al Sebail, Project General Manager Wu Wenxin, Production Operation General Manager Zhao Liping, Wong Lock Leng, General Manager of the Finance Department and relevant persons of the shareholders. The meeting listened to and deliberated on concrete matters like the business outlook for 2009, relevant financial matters, the construction progress of FREP project, the start-up plan for the new units and the work report of the audit committee.
