On March 23rd, 2010, the 8th Meeting of FREP 1st Term Board of Directors was convened. The Meeting was presided over by President Mr. Lu Dong with the presence of all 8 directors. FREP Supervisors Mr. Jeff W. Davis and Mr. Han Baolin, Vice Presidents Mr. Scott J. Sullivan and Mr. Abdullah H. Al Sebail, Operation General Manager Mr. Zhao Liping, Finance GM Ms. Wong Lock Leng and the relevant personnel from shareholders were also present. 2010 Capital Investment Updated Plan, the audited 2009 Financial Statements and some financial issues were reviewed and approved during the meeting.
