On September 6, the project financing and loan documents were signed between Fujian Refining & Petrochemical Company Limited and the lending bank consortium at Beijing with a financing amount of about RMB 30 billion, which was so far the largest project financing of the Sino-foreign joint ventures in China.
  This year is the crucial year for the construction of Fujian Refining and Ethylene Project, and the construction task is arduously difficult. Whether or not the financing work can be carried out smoothly, and the fund can arrive in time and in full, will directly give an impact on the achievement of the project construction progress and targets as scheduled. Fujian Refining & Petrochemical Company Limited and the lending bank consortium shall strengthen their communication and the coordination, cooperate sincerely and positively and properly manage the project fund so as to improve the fund using efficiency.
