On December 10th, FREP held Year 2010 Vocational Skills Competition Commendation Meeting, at which 24 employees such as Mr. Lin Bide from PROC Fuels-1 BT were granted with the honorary tile “Skills Elite” of FREP 2010 Vocational Skills Competition. 

 

Since this May, FREP have carried out a number of activities among the grassroots BTs including certification of multiple positions and skills competition & assessment. By several rounds of screening and selection through position training, job rotation learning, skills preliminary contest and finals, 24 candidates in 24 positions stood out from the other employees and were honored with the occupational skills elites of the respective units.
